At The Conference
We will be providing a free onsite crèche. Booking must be made in advance so if you would like to use the crèche please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returning for the second year the crèche will be ran by Tinnies Childcare Yorkshire and North East. Baby Care Room
We welcome babies and children at the conference and breastfeeding is welcome anywhere in the conference venue. There are baby change facilities available within the unisex disabled toilets.
If you are planning to attend with your child then please let us know; we are more than happy to discuss any additional special requirements with you.
If you care for someone and would like to attend the conference with them, you are more than welcome, there will be a quiet room available for some time away from the busy conference and if you have any other special requirements then please contact us prior to the conference.
Space will be provided for any delegate wanting a quiet moment away from the conference.
The Civic Centre is a fully accessible building, with ramps, disabled access doors, disabled toilets and lifts. The building and event spaces also offer facilities for the hard of hearing.
